Dolm IT is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Tallinn, Estonia team. This is an exciting and professionally challenging position where you will be working with a client base across a variety of sectors. The job entails managing full IT sales cycles, from client prospecting to development and closing new business. You will be working closely with existing clients in current accounts, as well as pursuing new business in and outside of existing accounts.

You will be account relationship owner your work will be supported by a project manager and by technical resources in order to meet the customer needs and achieve revenue objectives. You also will be working closely together with management as well.

Duties

• Proactively qualify, develop, and close mid to large opportunities
• Maintain account relationships with new prospects and old clients
• Manage accounts following closure for expanded sales opportunities down the road
• Understand and convey complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level in a clear manner
• Manage relationships with business partners, understand their business processes, and deliver long-term value through technology solutions

Required

• Bachelor's degree
• Must have a demonstrated track record of success in B2B sales or public sector sales
• 3+ years of overall sales experience
• Must be experienced in developing value propositions for prospects and clients
• Must be a results-oriented individual with a positive "get-it-done" attitude
• Must be able to exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality
• Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and take ownership of their job
• Must be determined to succeed and be willing to work hard in order to close mid to large opportunities in the private and public sector
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good to have

• Existing account relationships/connections from previous experiences that can be leveraged into revenue opportunities starting from day one
• Experience in selling Professional IT Services is strongly preferred
